en بررسی فاکتورهای موثر بر روی شرایط بهداشتی و میکروبی آرایشگاههای زنانه گناباد در ایران ● International Health مقاله اصيل پژوهشي Orginal Article <p align="right">فاکتورهای مختلفی خطر انتقال بیماری در آرایشگاهها را افزایش می دهند و توجه به شرایط بهداشتی آرایشگر، مکان و ابزارها به عنوان فاکتورهای مهم پیشگیری کننده نقش مهمی را در کنترل انتقال بیماری بازی می کنند. بنابراین هدف اصلی این مطالعه ارزیابی فاکتورهای موثر بر روی شرایط بهداشتی و میکروبی در آرایشگاههای شهر گناباد ایران است. در یک مطالعه مقطعی 73 آرایشگر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها بوسیله یک پرسشنامه‌ی روا و پایا، مشاهدات، مصاحبه، بازرسی غیر رسمی از محل کار و نتایج کشت میکروبی ابزارهای کاربردی جمع آوری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و آمار توصیفی آنالیز شد. شاخص بهداشت فردی آرایشگرها 45/79% خوب و قابل قبول بود و در 03/89% آنها شاخص بهداشت ابزار خوب و قابل قبول بود. نتایج مثبت عفونت باکتریایی و قارجی در کسانی که تجربه کاری، سواد، و رضایتمندی شغلی پایینی داشتند بالاتر بود. استافیلوکک غیرارئوس، کاندیدای غیرآلبیکنس به ترتیب آلودگی های اصلی باکتریایی و قارچی بودند. براساس نتایج بدست آمده بهبود شرایط بهداشتی در آرایشگاهها، آموزش تکنیکهای صحیح گندزدایی، ارتقاء کاربرد بیشتر گندزداها و اجتناب از رفتارغیربهداشتی در آرایشگاهها توصیه می شود.</p> Different factors increase risk of disease transmission in beauty salons and respect to its health conditions of barber, place and devices, as the major preventive factors, play an important role in the control of disease transmission. Hence the main purpose of this study was to evaluate effective factors on health and microbial conditions in Gonabad beauty salons in Iran. In a cross-sectional study, 73 beauty‌ salons were randomly selected. Data were compiled using a valid and reliable questionnaire, observation, interview, informal inspection of workplace and recording results of microbial cultures from device involved. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software, version 16 ‌and descriptive statistics. Personal health index of barbers was 79.45% good and acceptable. In 89.03% of them, device health index was good and acceptable. Positive results of bacteria and fungi infections were more in who had low work experience, low literacy level and low occupational satisfactory. Non Staphylococcus aurous and Non Candida albicans were the main bacterial and fungi contaminations respectively.
