The Journal of Research and Health (JRH) is committed to providing transparent information about all fees associated with manuscript submission and publication.
 

Fees for Iranian Authors

For manuscripts submitted by Iranian authors, the following charges apply:
 

The Submission Fee is payable at the time of manuscript submission and applies to all manuscript types.
The Acceptance Fee is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. Letters to the Editor, Editorials, and Viewpoints are exempt from the Acceptance Fee.
Payment of the Submission Fee does not guarantee that a manuscript will be sent for external peer review or accepted for publication. All submitted manuscripts are subject to the Journal's initial editorial screening and may be rejected before peer review if they do not meet the Journal's aims and scope, editorial requirements, ethical standards, or minimum scientific quality requirements.
Editorial decisions are made independently of any payments made by authors. Payment of any fee has no influence on peer review or editorial decision-making.
 

Payment Information for Iranian Authors

Iranian authors should make payments using the following banking information:

Payments should be made through the PAYA payment system using both the IBAN Code and the Account ID. The Account ID must be included in the payment transaction; payment receipts without the required Account ID cannot be accepted.
A copy of the payment receipt should be uploaded to the Journal's online submission system as an attached file.
 

Fees for International Authors

No Submission Fee or Acceptance Fee is charged to non-Iranian authors.
International authors should upload the required Authors’ Commitment Form in place of a payment receipt during the submission process.
 

Refund Policy

The Submission Fee is non-refundable once the manuscript has been formally submitted and entered into the Journal's editorial screening process, including cases in which the manuscript is subsequently rejected before or after peer review.
The Acceptance Fee is requested only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Waiver and Exemption Policy
Non-Iranian authors are fully exempt from both the Submission Fee and the Acceptance Fee.
Letters to the Editor, Editorials, and Viewpoints are exempt from the Acceptance Fee.
No fees other than those explicitly stated on this page are charged by the Journal in connection with manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, or publication.
