A lot of stress that can cause stress, stress is caused by having a special child which may have long-term effects and puts in danger the basic foundations of the family. Therefore, the aim of this study is Comparison of stress in mothers caring for children with developmental disorders, External and internal disorders and children with normal. This research is causal-comparative. The study population included all mothers of children with developmental disorders, emotional disorders and disruptive behavior disorders, and normal Hamadan. The study sample included 240 mothers who were listed in four groups of randomly. A questionnaire was used to determine the stress of a life-changing event Mack Cab (1991). The results of this study showed that maternal stress is disruptive behavior disorders were significantly more mothers developmental disorders, emotional and ordinary (p<0.05). The present study showed that disruptive behavior disorders have a greater impact on the lives of their patients and it is further stressed.
