<abstract_fa>
One of the consequences of living in this machine and technology development century is poverty in movement and physical activity reduction in individuals. This study aims to examine the predictive factors of physical activity, healthy volunteers in the city of Torbat-based structures Pender's Health Promotion Model in 2015.

This study was a cross-sectional study on 80 healthy volunteers from urban and rural health centers in city of Torbat Jam that were selected by multistage random sampling. Using a questionnaire which its validity by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.90). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 16 software and statistical analysis. The results showed that despite a relatively high awareness of the benefits of physical activity (earning an average score of 3.8 ± 30.6 perceived benefits of 40), 55% of participants did not have a good physical activity. And there was a significant positive correlation between physical activity behavior and health promotion model variables such as perceived barriers, perceived benefits and efficacy (0.01> P). The results showed a total of 66.8% of the variance in health promotion model variables to predict their behavior, physical activity and self-efficacy among variables (b£0.230), positive feelings associated with the behavior (b£0.340) and effective status (b£0.350) were the strongest predictors (P<0.01).

According to the results physical activity in healthy volunteers is low and interventions are needed to improve it. In the design of training programs to promote physical activity should be focused on strategies to strengthen self-motivating individuals and families in their homes and improve workplaces and physical activity.

	<abstract>
One of the consequences of living in this century of machine and technology development is poverty in movement and reduction in physical activity. This study aimed to examine the predictive factors of physical activity in health volunteers based on the structures of Pender's health promotion model. This study was perform 80 health volunteers working at urban and rural health centers that were selected by multistage random sampling. Data were gathered by using a questionnaire for which the validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that despite a relatively high awareness about the benefits of physical activity (earning an mean score of 30.6 ± 3.8on perceived benefits out of 40), 55% of participants did not have a good physical activity. There was a significant positive correlation between physical activity behavior and health promotion model variables such as perceived barriers, perceived benefits, and self-efficacy. A total of 66.8% of the variance of physical activity behavior were explained by health promotion model variables that among them, self-efficacy, positive feelings associated with the behavior, and situational influences were the strongest predictor. According to the results, physical activity in health volunteers is low and interventions are needed to improve this behavior. The design of training programs for promotion of physical activity should be focused on strategies to strengthen self-motivation in individuals and families at their homes and improve workplaces.
