بررسی ارتباط انگیزه درمان با میزان مصرف، وسوسه مواد، علائم ترک و جایگاه مهارسلامت در مراجعین به کلینیک درمان اعتیاد

<p dir="RTL">گرایش روزافزون به مصرف مواد مخدر یکی از مشکلات بزرگ اجتماعی است، تلاش برای درمان، بدون در نظر گرفتن بحث انگیزش کامل نیست. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط انگیزه درمان با میزان مصرف، وسوسه مواد، علائم ترک و جایگاه مهار سلامت در مراجعین به کلینک درمان اعتیاد انجام شده است.</p>
<p dir="RTL">این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی بود که در آن از روشهای همبستگی ساده و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش 100 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیک درمان اعتیاد در سال 1392 بودندکه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک،انگیزه درمان،عقاید وسوسه انگیز،ارزیابی علائم ترک و جایگاه مهارسلامت چندوجهی بود. داده ها بعد از جمع آوری توسط آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ضریب همبستگی کرامر-وی، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</p>
<p dir="RTL">بین انگیزه درمان با وسوسه مواد، علائم ترک و جایگاه مهارسلامت و همچنین بین انگیزه درمان با متغیرهای جنس، تحصیلات، شغل و نوع ماده مصرفی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت در مقابل بین مولفه های جایگاه مهارسلامت، وسوسه مواد و علائم ترک با متغیرهای جنس،تحصیلات،تاهل و شغل هیچگونه همبستگی معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج رگرسیونی نشان داد که متغیر اعتماد به درمان به مقدار 43/0 بر تغییرات وسوسه مواد و متغیرهای اعتماد به درمان و شناخت مشکل به ترتیب به مقدار 40/0 و 23/0 بر تغییرات متغیر علائم ترک تاثیرگذار هستند.</p>
<p dir="RTL"> با توجه به یافته های مطالعه و نقش انگیزه درمان در کاهش بازگشت مجدد به مواد و انگیزه و تمایل بیشتر به درمان و عود کمتر در افراد با منبع کنترل درونی در برنامه ریزی های آتی جهت حل مشکل اعتیاد و سوق دادن معتادین به سمت درمان بایستی به متغیرهای مربوطه توجه خاص نشان داد.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Increasing tendency to drug use is a major social problem, Treatment attempts, regardless of the motivation, are not complete. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between treatment motivation, substance use, craving, withdrawal symptoms and health locus of control in addicted patients. Research population this study included all male and female patients referring to the addiction treatment center. The convenience sampling was used to select the sample and the sample size was determined as 100 participants. Data collection tools consisted of questionnaires demographic characteristics, treatment motivation, craving, withdrawal symptoms and multidimensional Health Locus of Control. There was significant relationship between treatment motivation with craving, withdrawal symptoms and health locus of control and between treatment motivation with variables of sex, education, occupation and type of substance. There was no significant correlation between the components of the health locus of control, craving, withdrawal symptoms with sex, education, marriage and occupation. Regression results showed effective Perceived suitability of the treatment was 0.43 on the craving and Perceived suitability of the treatment and Problem recognition are respectively 0.40 and 0.23, on the Withdrawal Symptoms. Considering the role of treatment motivation in reducing the return to drugs and the more willingness to treat and relapse less in people with internal control of control in future plans to address the problem of addiction and pushing addicts to treatment, the relevant variables have paid particular attention.</p>
