The research method was correlation and validation through developing an instrument and reliability assessment. The sample consisted of 460 child selected by cluster multi-stage random sampling method. Preschool children well-being questionnaire was evaluated in regard to its construct validity (explanatory_factor analysis and internal consistency) , convergent validity , reliability (internal consistency) and Pearson correlation index in the studied group. Data were analyzed through SPSS.19 software. In_explanatory factor analysis, 5 factors of Emotional , Social , Educational , Cognition , and family were_extracted. In addition , this model was found fit with data . Pearson's correlation between (PCWQ) and (Q-set) were respectively confirming their convergent validity. The reliability of the mentioned factors was respectively 0/73,0/83,0/77,0/70,0/73 and 0.89 by calculating Cronbach's alpha. Considering the results of this study,_the Preschool children well-being Questionnaire has good validity and reliability, and can be used for evaluating Preschool children well-being .
